''Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101'' is the third studio album by American rapper Young Jeezy. It was released on July 26, 2005, by Def Jam Recordings (marking it as his first major-label debut) and his record label Corporate Thugz Entertainment (CTE).
''Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101'' was supported by four singles; "And Then What" featuring Mannie Fresh, "Soul Survivor" featuring Akon, "Go Crazy" and "My Hood". The version of "Go Crazy", that was frequently being heard the most, was the remix featuring Jay-Z. This version was released as part of the UK release for the album.
''Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101'' debuted at number 2 on the US ''Billboard'' 200, selling 172,000 copies in the first week. On September 29, 2005, the album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
